Media Requests & FOIA Policy

Media Requests

The West Virginia Tourism Office works with reporters and media representatives on a daily basis and welcomes media requests. Please reach out directly to our Director of Public Relations, Emily Amos, at Emily.N.Amos@wv.gov or (304) 558-2200. Please provide a deadline with any request so we can work to accommodate your publishing schedule.

Tourism maintains an archive of current photography of the state’s attractions and tourism-related businesses. We routinely provide photography with limited use rights to media outlets. Please refer all photography requests to the director of public relations, as well.
