15. Pumpkin House, Kenova

Halloween is fast approaching and one of West Virginia's most popular sites this time of year is (the rightfully named) "pumpkin house." The pumpkin house is located in Kenova, WV and has over 3,000 carved and lit pumpkins on display several weekends throughout the month of October. As you can imagine, the home gets thousands of visitors every year and it take many volunteers to get the pumpkins ready every night. I've even heard the school children in the area help with the pumpkin carving. I've been twice and it's always fun! I've taken my own pictures. Nothing like this! I found this one this internet but found no name. If you know who took it, please tag them. Most likely it was a news station or professional that had special access because it's impossible to get a picture without people everywhere! To get a picture like this, I've heard you have to be there at 2 am….😳….Anywho, if you're close or even want to take a little drive and see something pretty cool. Make your way to Kenova, WV and check it out! . . . #halloween #happyhalloween #pumpkin #pumpkins #jackolantern #jackolanterns #pumpkinseverywhere #thepumpkinhouse #kenova #kenovawv #wv #westvirginia #travelwv #gotowv #hashtagwv #wildandwonderful
